We recommend wearing the Posture Hero™ for 2-3 hours per day to help gradually improve your posture and relieve pain. However, you can wear the Posture Hero™ for less/more time and still retain the benefits of using the product. It’s all about comfort for the user and incorporating the Posture Hero™ into your daily lifestyle. After a few weeks of use, your natural posture should improve dramatically. At this point, you will start to reduce the amount you use the Posture Hero™ until not necessary.

CAN I USE IT WHILE EXERCISING?

The Posture Hero™ is most suitable for low impact activities where you are likely to be in a poor posture e.g. working in front of a computer, watching television or reading a book. If you need to do a wider range of movement (such as exercising or housework, where you need to stoop or arch your back), we recommend using the Posture Hero™ Sports.

CAN I WEAR THE POSTURE HERO™ WHILE I SLEEP?

We do not recommend that you wear the Posture Hero™ while you sleep.

HOW CAN I WASH THE POSTURE HERO™?

We recommend washing the Posture Hero™ by hand with a warm damp cloth. The hypoallergenic, anti-microbial fabric used in the posture brace keeps it feeling and smelling fresh over a long period of use.
